Our eyewear packages include non-reflective coating, UV protection and scratch resistant coating. Additional options may include blue-light filter, thinner lenses, transition and polarized lenses.

MYOPIA CONTROL LENSES

We carry MiyoSmart lenses by Hoya. These lenses use the DIMS technology to reduce the progression of myopia. These lenses work by using the “emmetropisation” process – a natural homeostatic mechanism in the eye, which helps the eyeball receive focused images by modifying itself.

The lenses are non-invasive, easy to adapt and child-friendly.

A two-year clinical trial on children aged between 8 to 13 years reported that wearing MiYoSmart lenses controlled the progression of myopia by 60% compared to regular single vision lenses.
