OUR PROMISE TO YOU
False Creek Eye Care Optometry is committed to providing you with quality eye care that optimizes and preserves your vision for years to come. Our policies and services are in place to ensure that you’re happy with your eyewear purchase.
Our Prescription Guarantee
We understand that it can take a few days to adapt to your new glasses. For all prescription eyewear purchased with us, should there be any issues, we will happily replace the lenses within 60 days of the prescription date.
Frames
We want you to feel taken care of when you buy eyeglasses from us. That’s why we provide a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects for all frames purchased with us. Lost or stolen eyewear is not included.
We also provide complimentary frame adjustments, cleaning, nosepads and lost screw replacements on frames purchased with us.
We are not responsible for any damage incurred when patients use a frame purchased elsewhere, whether it is a new or older frame. We will protect your frame with utmost care. We will not credit or replace your frame if the frame you supply gets damaged or broken.
Children’s frames and lenses
We are pleased to offer a wide selection of Nano children’s eyewear, the most recommended brand of children’s glasses by pediatricians and ophthalmologists worldwide.
Nano frames purchased with us include a one-time, no questions asked, warranty within 2 years of the date of purchase. All pieces of the frame must be brought in to receive an exact replacement (same size, colour, shape).
Lenses
For all lenses purchased with us, we provide a one year warranty against lens peeling or manufacturer defect. This is a one-time replacement with the same prescription as the original order.
