Performing blinking exercises can help your glands stay healthy without giving up your digital devices.
Step-by-Step Guide to Blinking
Close your eyes gently and pause for 3 seconds. Open your eyes and repeat this sequence 5 times in a row.
And now again close your eyes gently and this time squeeze for 3 seconds. Open your eyes and repeat the sequence 5 times.
